Refund and Returns Policy

JQ Sports guarantees 100% customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from www.jqsports.com.au.

Therefore, if you are still not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

RETURNS POLICY:

  1. Only products purchased at www.jqsports.com.au can be returned.
  2. Products must be returned in a re-saleable, original condition – unused & undamaged with the tags still attached.
  3. There is no return on clearance products purchased from www.jqsports.com.au, except in the instance where an item is faulty or damaged.

CHANGE OF MIND

  • We can only accept returns under our change of mind returns policy within a 7 Day return period.
  • If a return older than 7 days reaches our warehouse, JQ Sports cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund under our change of mind returns policy.
  • If you change your mind and wish to exchange your purchase, you are responsible for all return postage costs.
  • All Postage costs will not be refund.
  • Any purchase order through AFTERPAY and PayPal, a 10% of the payments will be charged by AFTERPAY Paypal, if you want to refund.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Simply email us at sales@jqsports.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with the following info:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

We will then reply to your email as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed.

RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT?

If you have received a faulty product then we want to know. Just contact our email at sales@jqsports.com.au  and we’ll make this right.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

For a refund or exchange, please allow 14 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited.
